Product Distribution

Each EPCO customer is assigned to a regional dispatch manager located at our central operations and logistics center located in Monroe, LA. This facility is staffed 24/7. When on-boarding new customers the regional account manager will collect data on the customer CO2 requirements and pattern of usage. The regional dispatch manager will contact each new customer and review this information to establish and confirm a delivery and usage baseline.

From this point two dispatch methods are employed:

Daily communications with EPCO dispatch on vessel meter readings and any significant planned changes in usage rates. Data Inventory Telemetry for automatic vessel readings and a keep full delivery status. We still ask for a verbal communication on any planned significant increase in daily usage rates.

EPCO, in designing its plants, generally requires 3-4 days plant inventory capacity. Should a plant go down unexpectedly, this onsite inventory provides us with time to adjust our distribution system to meet customer requirements by redeploying railcars, trucks and drivers.
