Prior to EPCO, Ric held a variety of sales, marketing, and executive positions at Continental Carbonic Products, Inc over a 10 year tenure with the company. Ric received a BA degree from Marquette University in 1977. | | | |

| Darrel Craft - President Oversight of all aspects of company's operations including the formation and implementation of EPCO's short and long-term business strategies. Darrel earned a BS degree in Accounting from Louisiana College and a Masters in Business from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He has over 20 years experience in specialty chemical manufacturing including over 10 years in the CO2 industry. Darrel began his career with International Minerals & Chemical and later worked for ANGUS Chemical Company and Dow Chemical Company prior to joining EPCO in 2000.

| Tom Gannon - Vice President - Sales and Marketing Responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities at EPCO. He began his career with General Electric in 1978 and entered the CO2 industry as a territory account manager with the Liquid Carbonic Carbon Dioxide Corporation in 1986. Tom is an accomplished 21 year sales and marketing veteran of the CO2 industry progressing through various assignments in field sales, sales management, applications marketing and support, CO2 services business development, national accounts management and product management.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kent State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Baldwin Wallace College.

| Dana Worster - Vice President - Transportation Dana is responsible for EPCO’s Transportation Group which includes over 100 drivers, 70 transports, and 70 railcars. Dana has extensive experience in the Transportation field having worked for UPS, Lauhar Carriage, Praxair, and most recently, CR England.
Dana also has significant experience in logistics and in starting up multi-million dollar accounts. Dana has a BS in Business Administration from Elmira College in New York.

| Todd Demler - Director of Logistics Todd is responsible for all EPCO product supply and distribution as well as the customer support and dispatch team. Todd spent 10 years in the US Navy followed by 15 years in customer support for the semi-conductor, cryogenic gas, liquid storage, tracking and monitoring industries. He spent the last 4 years prior to joining EPCO with DataOnline and helped to develop their cryogenic monitoring software package used by numerous companies to improve their reliability of product supply.

| Glenn Springfield - Operations Chief of Staff Glenn's career prior to joining EPCO included 23 years as a Deputy Sheriff for the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office in northeastern Louisiana. Working primarily in the Uniform Patrol Division, Glenn retired in 1996 as Captain. He immediately joined EPCO and is responsible for Safety (including OSHA and DOT compliance), coordination of rail movements, maintenance of contracts, coordination of physical assets and managing Accounts Receivable.

| John Esposito – Safety Manager Responsible for EPCO’s Safety and Compliance programs, which include overseeing 100 drivers and 70 transport vehicles and 12 manufacturing facilities. John has extensive experience in Transportation Safety Management of Liquid Hazardous Materials, OSHA, and DOT regulated driver training programs. John has worked in the industry for over 15 years.

Jeff Huber - Technology Manager
Jeff is responsible for providing customized Applications Equipment and
Service solutions that support customer's carbon dioxide needs. Jeff has
worked in the industrial gas industry for over 29 years designing and
installing cryogenic equipment at customer sites. Jeff graduated from
Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Management and also obtained
an Executive MBA Degree from the University of Buffalo.

| Sherry Arnold - Controller Sherry is responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Payroll, and monthly financial reporting. She also handles the administration of EPCO's benefit plans and computer and communications systems. Sherry is a CPA who earned her BS in Accounting from LSU in Shreveport in 1990 and started her career as an auditor at the CPA firm of KPMG. She then worked in Banking and spent eight years in Manufacturing before joining the EPCO team in 2003.
